Local Pick-up:
We offer free local pick up in Mission, BC at Save N' Shop 33236 1st Ave. They are open 24 hours.
Shipping:
We ship across Canada, excluding NWT, Nunavut and the Yukon. We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number and email notification. Please be very careful when entering your email correctly to ensure you get these emails.
Shipping time is 2-14 days depending on your location.
During the Christmas rush these timelines are not applicable.

- Oversized items. Large & heavy items will have a disclaimer on them in the product description stating if they are shippable or store pick up only. If you order a non-shippable item, we will cancel your shipping order. Please read product descriptions.
Returns:
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of purchase. No refunds on Clearance items, plush items, and earrings.
For damaged or defective items please provide a picture of the damage with your return request.
For issues with Playmobil, Lego, and Bruder please contact the manufacturer directly.
